My background is in fine art: I studied printmaking at the University of California in San Jose and tempera painting in India. Here in Michigan, I have worked with a variety of materials on diverse projects ranging from antique furniture to fine instruments, sculpture, and unusual objects such as 18th Century tower bells and antique celestial globes.

My speciality is finding creative solutions to difficult restoration problems, and I have over 30 years' experience applying my extensive knowledge and wide-ranging skills to find beautiful and functional solutions to these often intricate challenges. I am also able to fabricate a variety of objects. I love problem solving and the creative challenge that new projects bring.
